Called “Client Solutions”, business development is more than “sales” at FESTIVE ROAD, it’s the innate ability to listen and understand a customer’s needs and immediately consult and advise, even if that means saying no, for the right reasons of course. What you will do:

Essentially, you’re the power behind our sales process and responses. Undertaking a varied role to support the company’s sustainable growth plans, your responsibilities would encompass, but not be limited by, the following;

  • Create and curate sales content, including presentations, playbooks, and product overviews.
  • Ensure that content is aligned with the company’s messaging, value proposition, and sales strategies.
  • Develop proposal documents and bid responses alongside the Client Solutions Lead, quality coordinator and internal SMEs, which truly reflect the needs of the prospective customer.
  • Analyze and optimize sales processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Identify areas for improvement and implement approaches to enhance the overall sales workflow.
  • Work with quality coordinator to manage and optimize the use of sales technology tools, including CRM systems and sales enablement platforms. Identify new tools, including AI solutions, that can bring automation to processes.
  • Work closely with Marketing to ensure seamless integration of marketing initiatives into the sales process.
  • Collaborate with Product teams to stay informed about product updates and enhancements.
  • Engage with the analytics function to deliver reports and KPIs to measure the impact of sales enablement initiatives.

Key Skills & Experience Required

  • Proven experience in sales enablement, sales coordination or a related role.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and methodologies.
  • Proposal and bid writing with a focus on outcomes and values for the client
  • Communication and interpersonal skills are your superpower!
  • Familiarity with sales technology tools, CRM systems, and sales enablement platforms.
  • 3+ years of relevant work experience in business development
