PRESS RELEASE

FESTIVE ROAD FEATURED IN BBT’S 2019 HOTLIST

CONSULTANCY RECOGNIZED AS INDUSTRY INFLUENCER FOR THE COMING YEAR

The beginning of 2019 brought extended festive cheer as we saw our organization recognized by Buying Business Travel in their annual “Hotlist” feature as an Industry Influencer.

Every year the media publication aims to highlight key players, trends and influencers within the industry who will drive change in the coming year.

The award commentary, extracted from the citations of those who nominated us, focused on our ability “’think outside the box’ and our #BeTheRoad ethos, which creates an environment of engagement.

One reader said: “They are constantly striving to improve our industry for the better.’”

The publication also highlighted FESTIVE ROAD’s work championing women in the business travel industry, specifically managing partner Caroline Strachan’s encouragement of fellow women speakers at industry events to boost representation on stages across the world.

FESTIVE ROAD founder and managing partner, Paul Tilstone, said of the recognition, “This is the third recognition we have had in as many months and we are super proud.  It clearly tells us that a fresh consultancy with a mission to create better travel and meetings management resonates with people in our industry. “

The consultancy was recognized alongside Brexit, IATA’s NDC and WTMC.
