Festive Road is committed to preventing modern slavery and human trafficking in all parts of our business and supply chains. We take a zerotolerance approach to modern slavery and are committed to acting ethically, responsibly, and with integrity in all our business relationships.
Modern slavery includes slavery, servitude, forced or compulsory labour, and human trafficking. Festive Road recognises its responsibility to take appropriate steps to identify and reduce the risk of modern slavery within its operations and supply chain, in line with the UK Modern Slavery Act 2015. We are committed to maintaining transparency in our approach to tackling modern slavery and have implemented proportionate systems, controls and due-diligence processes designed to prevent, identify and mitigate modern slavery risks within our business and supply chains.
As a professional services consultancy, our supply chain is primarily made up of professional advisers, contractors, and service providers. While we consider the overall risk of modern slavery within our direct operations to be low, we remain vigilant and take a proportionate approach to managing risk. This includes conducting due diligence during supplier onboarding, setting clear expectations of ethical behaviour, and including contractual provisions that prohibit the use of forced or trafficked labour.
We expect our suppliers and business partners to share our commitment to ethical business practices and to uphold comparable standards within their own operations and supply chains.
This statement applies to all Festive Road employees, associates, contractors, and others working on behalf of Festive Road, and encourages them to raise concerns about suspected modern slavery or unethical practices. All concerns can be reported through our internal whistleblowing procedures and will be treated seriously, investigated appropriately, and handled confidentially, without fear of retaliation.
This statement is reviewed annually and reflects Festive Road’s ongoing commitment to responsible business practices and respect for human rights.
