We’re pleased to announce that Rich Johnson has joined Festive Road as Head of Client Solutions, further strengthening our leadership capability as we continue to grow our services and innovate in the world of business travel and expense management.
Rich brings over 13 years of experience in corporate travel, most recently serving as Global Vice President of the Solutions Group at CWT, where he led consulting teams across EMEA, the Americas, and APAC. His career spans international leadership roles in strategy, transformation, and client advisory, as well as earlier positions in corporate payments and procurement at American Express and Anglo American.
In his new role at Festive Road, Rich will lead our client engagement and solution development working closely with CEO and Co-Founder Caroline Strachan to expand our global impact. His expertise will play a key role in helping organisations design and deliver programmes that are effective, efficient, and aligned with their business objectives.
